Realizing that our customers have individual preferences and
needs we offer the following payment options. You may purchase
our products using your Visa/Mastercard through Paypal and will
be redirected to the Paypal site during the checkout process. |

if using your Visa/Mastercard through Paypal your transaction
will be noted on your credit card statement as "AFRASHER"
and $ amount of purchase. |

| ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING: |

| Your order will be processed within
2 business days (up to 3 business days during Holiday seasons);
after processing, delivery can then be expected within 7 – 10
business days via UPS ground. Rush shipping is also available
and after the previously stated order processing time your delivery
can be expected within 2 – 3 business days. |

| Note: Packages
ordered UPS ground usually arrive in less than 14 days total,
but cannot be guaranteed! |

| AT THIS TIME SHIPPING IS LIMITED TO THE
CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES OR
APO/FPO’S. |

| ITEM AVAILABILITY: |

| As stock is pulled from the warehouse
at a high rate, items may be out of stock. If this occurs you
will be notified ASAP. If your credit card has been billed,
we will issue a refund for the entire amount as soon as we are
aware of the shortage. |

| RESOLVING RETURN/DAMAGED ITEM ISSUES: |

| Buying online is particularly appealing
because of the convenience. In order to reduce the amount of
time and cost spent on returns we ask that you, please read
item/s descriptions carefully before buying, as pictures do
not always accurately reflect size, material content etc. Knowing
what you are getting before your purchase arrives will help
save time and dissatisfaction. |

However in the event that an item
does not meet your expectations, WE
GUARANTEE YOUR SATISFACTION! If for any reason you are
unhappy with your purchase, you may return your item/s, no questions
asked for a refund of the purchase price (this does not include
shipping and handling fees).
We do ask that you contact us as soon as possible, (items must
be returned to us within 15 days of delivery date in order to
qualify for refund).

Package your return in original carton (all returns must include
original packing, accessories, etc.) |

Items damaged due to shipping will
be replaced as quickly as possible. If your item appears to
be damaged you can refuse to accept the delivery. If however
the damage is not discovered until after you open your carton,
you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery for return
